Through this program, we take the whole physical schooling experience online. Your child will get the entire experience of a physical school but at the fraction of its cost.

In this program, we offer CISCE board accredited quality education to students, irrespective of which part of the country they live in. Through this program, students from different parts of the country will be able to connect with our highly qualified teachers, take live online classes, interact with teachers, avail study materials, give examinations, and much more via our school app specially developed for advanced online schooling.

Why this program is special

KEMS is a CISCE board-affiliated school with a legacy of more than 25 years. We started this school with a mission to democratize education because at KEMS we believe that quality education is the right of every child and should be accessible to everyone.  We successfully held this mission throughout our 25+ years journey but during the pandemic, we realized that this mission needs to be taken nationwide because many kids in our country are deprived of quality education due to socioeconomic,  geographical,  and health reasons.  Thus  'Far from Home' program was initiated as our humble effort towards education democratization.  This is a  one-of-a-kind initiative by  KEMS  and through this program kids from all around the country would be able to enroll in a CISCE affiliated school with a nominal fee structure.

How does it work and what are the benefits

KEMS's Far from Home program is a virtual school. Presently, we are enrolling students from Nursery to Grade 4.

• The school is affiliated with the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations and the syllabus/curriculum prescribed by the Council is followed. This would allow a  smooth transition of your child to another on-campus CICSE school for higher classes.
• The School will follow an annual academic calendar and conduct live online classes for 1-4 hours, 5-6 days a week (depending on the Grade).
• All classes will be conducted by trained, experienced, and skilled teachers.
• Apart from live classes exclusive study materials will be provided to enhance the virtual schooling experience.
• A special section is given in the app for hassle-free interaction with the teachers. 
• Special Classes by subject experts and real-life achievers will be conducted from time to time.
• Assignments, projects, and homework will be provided to students and they will be able to submit their work via our student portal.
• Conferences and Online Events will be conducted.
• Exams and tests will be conducted online and results/certificates will be provided via our student portal.
• Regular attendance, activity reports, and monthly PTM meetings will be done so that you are always in control of your child’s progress.

Step 2: This application form should be accompanied by 

• Municipal/panchayat birth certificate of the candidate
• Adhaar cards ( father’s, mother's, and candidate’s)
• In case of SC/ST/OBC - Caste certificate (father's or candidate’s)
• Pass result of the previous school ( if applicable)
• Original transfer certificate of the previous school ( if applicable)
• Candidate’s color photograph one copy
• Colour photograph of both the parents one copy each
